Artwork Requirements & Tips

The best file you could supply to us would be a vector format file from Illustrator or Corel Draw. High resolution raster images at 300+ dpi (photoshop, jpg, gif) can be used most of the time. Digital artwork provided for awards is not necessarily considered production-ready. Use the art specifications found here as a guide. Further modifications may be necessary to make artwork production-ready. If this is the case, the art department will notify you of any art charges. The first 30 minutes of art time are at no charge. Email all artwork and names to service@recognitioncafe.com unless placing an order through the shopping cart on the website.

When planning artwork for crystal awards, use as few files as possible. The time required for the art department to open and manage various files is added to the art charge. Art charges may decrease if artwork is provided in this format.

We accept .DXF, .DWG, .CAD file formats for 3D Imaging. 2D images require black and white art only. Photos, logos, and art may be subsurfaced. Crystal D accepts JPEG, TIFF, BMP or GIF file formats for 2D imaging. Minimum resolution is 300 dpi. Most fonts can be used for text images. Font type and style must be supplied.
