Q: How do I know what the awards will look like, such as fonts, layout, bars and lines engraved?

A: After you place an order we will create a layout proof and email it (in jpg format) to you for approval before any awards are engraved. This will ensure that you get exactly what you want!

A: RecognitionCafe.com is a specialty website run by Graphic Creations, LLC which is based in Maryland, USA.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted.

A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, company check, certified check and money orders.

Q: What type of images are usable?

A: vector format are ideal (illustrator, corel draw). High resolution rater images at (original image is 300+dpi )

Q: When will my awards be completed?

A: Orders are shipped within ten business days

Q: Is engraving included in the pricing on the website and are their setup fees?

A: Yes, engraving is included in the pricing. Go to the general information page for setup charges.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Pricing can be found in the shopping cart section of the website

Q: Is there sales tax

A: 6% for MD businesses, this is based on the shipping address. In person pickups are also charged sales tax.
